Cech is yet to decide what he wants to do after retiring from football, but Arsenal fear he will choose a move back to Chelsea.

The veteran shot-stopper made his name at Stamford Bridge, winning 13 major trophies across 11 years.

The Blues are also keen to have Cech back in a coaching capacity, which could prove a more attractive option for the former Rennes star.
